[CES 2020] Innopresso showcases Mokibo, its touchpad-integrated keyboard

Innopresso (CEO Cho Eun-hyeong) participated in the world’s largest technology exhibition CES 2020 opening in Las Vegas on Jan. 7-10 to showcase its touchpad-integrated keyboard Mokibo.

Innopresso is a company that studies how to teach and expand the input device Mokibo, which will become the next mainstream. Mokibo is an integrated keyboard with the ability to convert from a plain mechanical keyboard plane to a large touchpad. Since the mechanical keyboard touch is preserved, fast typing is made possible. In addition, since the touchpad is three times larger than the typical notebook touchpad, it is highly usable as a portable keyboard, a tablet PC keyboard, and a laptop keyboard module.

Major features are as follows. △ Converts the keyboard itself into a large touch pad △ Integrated keyboard with the smallest product size even though it has the largest keyboard size among integrated keyboard and the largest touch pad size △ Less arm movement when switching between keyboard and mouse modes △ Shortest switching time between keyboard mode and mouse mode

CEO Cho said, “We have now created the first generation keyboard, the touchpad module in the second and third generation, and we have completed the development of a laptop keyboard module that can be used in future laptops from large companies such as Apple and HP. And at CES, we have been attracting attention from various companies including Apple, Microsoft, and others.”

He also added, “We will work with them to make sure that more users can experience Mokibo in the future.”
