KIMGISA LAB held the 3rd online demo day at Try Everything 2021 hosted by Seoul Startup Hub

Try Everything 2021 hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and organized by the Seoul Startup Hub was held for three days from Sep. 15 to 17. On Sep.16, startup navigator KIMGISA LAB (CEO Shin Myung-jin) held its 3rd Demo Day.

As a partner of Seoul Startup Hub, Seoul’s major startup organization, KIMGISA LAB is operating a placement program every year that supports investment and professional mentoring by discovering early startups with less than three years of founding. Also, as a TIPS program (private investment-led technology startup support) operator and Kibo Angel Partner, we are supporting startups in various fields.

As this demo day was conducted non-face-to-face, investors and industry officials, as well as the general public who are interested in starting a business, participated online. Seven teams participated in the presentation and introduced their growth process and present state.

The teams participating in the Demo Day are as follows: ▲moAIs (AI-based golf analysis & online lesson platform) ▲Ronfic (personalized exercise by collecting and analyzing exercise data based on robotics) ▲Today Pickup (same-day and early day delivery service for all shopping malls) and same-day delivery service) ▲NumberSsong Company (production of various contents, including national steady seller contents like number song and carrot song) ▲TJ Labs (indoor location solution that can be used in any space and various services without restrictions on indoor and outdoor locations) ▲Crafta (online order form platform that allows anyone to sell items) ▲Billionaires (service that provides information about stocks to general individual investors to help them make the right investment)

A staff from KIMGISA LAB said, “As an accelerator established to discover and invest in startups, we have invested in 32 startups in various fields since establishment. As a TIPS operator, the investment teams are making various achievements such as selecting the TIPS program, attracting follow-up investments, and M&A.”

Seoul Startup Hub signed an agreement with a total of five accelerators, including KIMGISA LAB since April of last year, and is actively discovering and nurturing startups in 16 key technologies related to the fourth industrial revolution related to AI, big data, Internet of Things (IoT), robots, future automobiles, bio-health, and blockchain. It announced its results at the global startup festival Try Everything 2021.

In Try Everything, global startup experts from more than 15 countries, global conglomerates, VCs, ACC, and startup specialized organizations are operating a total of 91 scale-ups and startup programs for companies interested in entering the global market.
